About SHL Finance Company
SHL Finance Company was established by the Minister of Commerce on 11/12/2007 and with commercial registration No. 1010241934 on 01/01/2008 under the name "Saudi Home Loans", a Saudi joint stock company established in alliance with the Arab National Bank, Dar Al-Arkan and the International Finance Corporation And under the supervision of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia.
SHL began to implement its business plans at a steady pace, as it is one of the first Saudi companies that specialized and emerged in the field of real estate financing.
In line with the company's strategy to expand business, SHL became a joint stock company and is listed on the main financial market as of April 2022, and the name of the company was changed to obtain the necessary licenses to engage in consumer financing and financing small and medium enterprises.
In February 2023, the name of the company was changed to SHL finance Company.
