"Whistleblowing" refers to the act of reporting any suspected or observed unethical or illegal behavior within the organization. This could include, but not limited to:
- Financial or administrative misconduct, including fraud, misappropriation of assets, or abuse of authority.
- Violations of applicable laws, regulations, supervisory instructions, or regulatory obligations.
- Irregularities in financial reporting, manipulation of records, or weaknesses in internal control systems.
- Any attempt to conceal violations, obstruct investigations, or engage in retaliatory conduct.
Who Can Submit a Report?
This reporting channel is available to all stakeholders who have a direct or indirect relationship with SHL Finance.
