  • Violations of applicable laws, regulations, supervisory instructions, or regulatory obligations.
  • Irregularities in financial reporting, manipulation of records, or weaknesses in internal control systems.
  • Any attempt to conceal violations, obstruct investigations, or engage in retaliatory conduct.

This reporting channel is available to all stakeholders who have a direct or indirect relationship with SHL Finance.
